Biography

Marc S. Nurik represents clients throughout the United States and its territories in corporate fraud, securities fraud, banking fraud, health care fraud, money laundering, insurance fraud, tax and anti-trust matters under investigation by federal and state authorities. Mr. Nurik has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Nurik’s practice also includes representing corporations and individuals in matters brought by various Federal and State regulatory agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Trade Commission, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Defense, Commodities Futures Trading Commission the Federal Reserve, and the Florida Department of Financial Services.

As part of his practice, Mr. Nurik has participated in the representation of clients in international criminal matters and has represented Foreign Sovereigns in proceedings brought in the United States.
